House of first

Japanese buildings are crap. Only the マンション (mansion) type guarantees you're not going to share your neighbor's privacy. No problem for me, as I live in a マンション. Now its name is totally weird:

"Maison de première", which can be translated to "House of first"...No comment.
My apartment is not huge but I like it. I still need to decorate it but it's totally functional now. In terms of furniture, I have everything I need, including a kotatsu:

What's a kotatsu again? Well it's a heated table! Just put your legs under the blanket, switch on and get prepared to stay there forever, because it feels so good you don't want to move anymore.
When I eventually manage to get out of my kotatsu, I realize that I live right in the center of Nagoya. And I now have...a Lamborghini! OK, I can feel some sort of skepticism, so here's the proof:

Hey I never said it was a car...I know there's no point in buying a bicycle three times the price of any other similar one only because it is labelled "Lamborghini", but I got it for free. One of our clients gave it to us but nobody was using it. Cet engin me permet de me rendre au boulot en dix minutes, le corollaire étant que je rentre chez moi tous les jours pour déjeuner et ça c'est fabuleux !
Apart from my job, I am close to everything: leisure, restaurants, supermarkets, public offices etc, I can get anywhere within 10-15 minutes maximum.
Besides, I was missing sport too much and I recently started to go to a gym close to my office. They are rather well equipped and they're open 24 hours, which is quite convenient, so I go in the morning before work. There's something I don't get though: WHO THE HELL is going to the 00:15 kickboxing lesson???!!
And finally, I have an optic fiber Internet access. I still haven't experienced the maximum bandwidth, but once I reached 4MB/s...
Oh, I was about to forget: I got my JLPT results and as expected, I failed with 55% (70% is required to pass). No worries, I took the test to check my level and my actual goal is to pass this year. And I'm targetting 80%.
